After we got off the water we headed for home and on the way out of Telegraph Cove we
noticed a young black bear in a tree. The bear moved a few branches so I could see its face and could take a photograph.
We stayed in our vehicle and watched the bear – we could tell it was scared. We were just about to leave when
suddenly the bushes started moving and branches were cracking and snapping – “Mama” was coming!! We left before she emerged from the bush!
